Pacific Grace Health Care and Retirement Facility is dedicated to providing a residential lifestyle designed to enhance the lives of seniors. We are devoted to providing the highest quality care in harmony with the wishes of each resident and their family.
This home is a brand new facility. Its construction began in March 2011 implementing Philippine standards as well as U.S. standards to meet and supersede the requirements of the elderly. The structure of each room is particularly designed to give the utmost comfort and accessibility to each resident while away from their family and friends.
Our Facility is located in the northern region of the Philippines, Laoag City and just minutes away from the Laoag Aiport. Other facilities near the home are Fort Ilocandia Resort and Casino, Laoag City General Hospital, & numerous shopping areas. This location allows friendly neighborhood surroundings as well as access to many major amenities in close proximity to our residence.
We are owned and managed by generations of RN & CAN’s with thirty years’ experience and certified by both Philippine and Hawaii standards.
